ARCANO XIII - MARTA CHANDRA

Marta Chandra, con una influencia importante de su formación en danzas indias clásicas, trajo al ARCANO XIII la geometría sagrada, el círculo... que nos conecta con el espacio en el que el miedo no existe, sólo lo más puro de nuestra conciencia está presente. Ese espacio que las tradiciones antiguas reconocían como
'... un lugar en ningún lugar, un tiempo sin tiempo, en el que la parte más pura y sabida de cada uno se funde en el círculo de lo eterno.'

Marta Chandra, very much influenced by her training in Indian Classical dances, brought to ARCANO XIII the sacred geometry, the circle... which connectas us to the space where fear does not exist, only the purest part of our consciousness is present. That space which ancient traditions recognized as
'... a place nowhere, a timeless time, in which the purest and wisest part of each one of us merges in the circle of that which is eternal.'

ARCANO XIII - GALAICO TRIBAL

Grupo surgido a partir de la formación en ATSr en Galicia con Martnisha Tribal, que se reunieron para participar en el ARCANO XIII con una improvisación de ATS (American Tribal Style).
Ellas representan la alegría de reunirse cambio tras cambio, vida tras vida, el disfrute de poder bailar sin importar que los tiempos hayan cambiado:
'... aunque las estrellas hayan cambiado, nuestra vida se vuelve danza y nuestra danza expresa vida'

This a dance group born after the ATSr training in Galicia with Martnisha Tribal, got together to be part in ARCANO XIII with an ATS (American Tribal Style) impro.
They represent the happiness of meeting again change after change, life after life, the joy of being able to dance, no matter how times may have changed.
'... despite the stars may have changed, our life turns into dance and our dance expresses life'.

ARCANO XIII - TICs

La Compañía de Danza TICs, de reciente creación, está vinculada a la escuela de danza del mismo nombre y la dirige Patricia Varela, bailarina formada en Escola Superior de Dança de Lisboa y en el Institut del Teatre de Barcelona.
En el ARCANO XIII ellas fueron el entremés de la pieza, nos trajeron danza contempóranea, teatro, música gallega y portuguesa,... Y nuestra visión gallega de la vida, y de la muerte, mezclando el más profundo pesar, con la sorna y el sarcasmo.

TICs Dance Company, recently created, is related to the dance school with the same name and directed by Patricia Varela, dancer who has studied at Escola Superior de Dança de Lisboa and the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona.
In ARCANO XIII they were the break in the classical piece, they brought contemporary dance, theatre, Gallician and Portuguese musics,... And our Galician view of life, and death, mixing the deepest sorrow and the derison and sarcasm.

ARCANO XIII - ENKA Escuela de Danza/School of dance

La escuela de danza Enka nos acompañó en el ARCANO XIII, no sólo en el show sino también durante la formación del fin de semana con Ashley López, abriéndonos las puertas de su presiosa casa.
Sus bailarinas nos transportaron a la India con sus colores, su música y su aire bollywood.
Nos trajeron una pieza bailada y dramatizada que muestra cómo cada persona y cultura vive la muerte, o los cambios, de formas diferentes.
Cómo a veces las convenciones sociales son sólo eso, convenciones, que no deben ser utilizadas para juzgar.
Cómo a veces lo que necesitamos son colores distintos, ya que no hay uno 'bueno'.

Enka School of dance was part of ARCANO XIII too, not only in the show but all along the weekend with Ashley López's training, by opening the doors of their house to us.

Its dancers took us to India, its colours, its music and its bollywood air.

They presente a danced and dramatized piece which shows how every person and every culture lives death, or changes, in different ways.

How sometimes social conventions are just that, conventions, which must not be used to judge.

How cometimes we need different colours, since there is not a 'good' one.

ARCANO XIII - NANDY ÁLVAREZ

Nandy llegó desde Vigo y nos trajo una fusión que llenó el escenario con músicas que nos transportaban a historias de cine. 

De mano de la figura de la muerte, del cambio, nos animó a no temer, a vivir el momento presente porque '... si no hay fin, no hay principio, si te entregas vivirás con intensidad el momento efímero'

Nandy arrived from Vigo and brought a fusion that filled the stage with musics which took us to film stories.

Introduced by the image of death, change, she encouraged us not to fear, to live the present moment because '... if there is no end, there is no beginning, if you surrender you will live intensely the ephemeral moment'

LAUDANUM & DEYANIRA - ARCANO XIII

Alex Laudanum y Deyanira Ipar Dantza, dos de las tres componentes de Fuga Daemonum, fueron las encargadas de, como ellas mismas dicen, 'paganizar' el escenario del ARCANO XIII con su fuerza y sus fusiones. A ellas las trajo 'el majestuoso cuervo'.

Destruir para construir.
Aceptándolo te harás la más fuerte, la más sabia.

Alex Laudanum and Deyanira Ipar Dantza, two of the three members of Fuga Daemonum, were in charge of, as they say themselves, 'paganize' the stage of ARCANO XIII with their strength and their fusions.  They were brought by 'thestately raven of the saintly days of yore'.

ARCANO XIII - ETNIKAS GALICIA

         Grupo surgido a partir del curso de dos años de Entrenamiento profesional para profesores de Tribal Fusión de Anita Esmel en Galicia.

         Sus miembros se reúnen periódicamente para hacer colaboraciones en éste y otros proyectos, además de continuar con sus clases en toda Galicia: A Coruña, Narón, Santiago, Ourense,...

           La buena energía que comparten entre ellas, se transmite en cada movimiento.

Con ellas hay que tener cuidado, te llevan si las miras a los ojos, te hechizan si te las cruzas... ellas fueron las sirenas sobre el escenario, la Santa Compaña del ARCANO XIII.

        Its members periodically meet to cooperate in this and other projects, apart from going on with their classes all over Galicia: A Coruña, Narón, Santiago, Ourense,...
        The good energy they share among them, can be felt in every movement.
You must be careful with them, they will take you if you look them in the eyes, they will haunt you if they pass you by... They were the mermaids on the stage, the Holy Company in the ARCANO XIII
